But while I was browsing Amazon s deals and bargains page, I came across this specific diet. It was on sale and for some reason I was motivated to try it.When I got it in the mail, I looked at the side panel for directions and scheduled my plans around this diet since it requires so much tentativeness and determination. I mean you can t eat anything for 2 day straight! So before I continue with this review, I would strongly suggest that you make a set date before you start doing the diet. Make sure make the date is when you won t be tempted to go out with friends and eat. For me, I set a date the diet during the week where I don t really do much except for work and go home.Day 1:I started to take the diet in the morning and the taste of it wasn t THAT bad. I did sort of tasted like Wild Berry, but when you are in the mindset of losing Up to 10lbs taste doesn t really matter. The only bad part during Day 1, was around 5:00pm-8:00pm where I started to feel a little light-headed. But as soon as I started drinking another 8oz glass of the diet, I soon felt a little better. But I would say the 1st Day is the worst out of the 2 days.Day 2:I started the diet around the same time as I did on Day1 and Day 2 wasn t that bad at all. I figured that my body had adapted to the diet so it wasn t really fighting back with it. So throughout the day I never felt any fatigue. Though, as mentioned above, I planned my diet so that it wouldn t fall on a day in which I would be tempted to go out with friends. Sadly, my good friend from Yale was going back the following day and was having a get together at his house with nothing but food and drinks...yeah, I know. Nevertheless, I resisted my temptations and said no to every offer that night, now matter how tasty looking the food was.Results and Conclusions: On Day 3, I woke up and went straight to my weight scale. And to my surprise, I had lost 7-8lbs!! Don t believe me? Check out the pictures that I posted in the gallery. My starting weight was: 171 and my ending weight was: 161! I felt good on what I had accomplished and motivated me to start eating and exercise a couple of times during the week. Don t forget, the purpose of this diet is to Kick start a healthy eating and lifestyle. It s NOT for an actually everyday thing. And with that all being said this Started Diet really works and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a way of losing weight in order to start living and feeling healthy. But be advise, it s not walk in the park, you will have urges to eat something but my only advice to ya ll is to visualize the end-result and don t give up!

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT - This is the BEST way to drop a quick 10 lbs fast. If you re going to party, reunion, wedding, whatever... if you have to drop 5-10 lbs in a few days, this juice is great. I think it tastes good, and is very nutritious. Yes, you may get headaches (that means its working to detox and cleanse you). Yes, you will be hungry for the first day (that means it s working to shrink your stomach). I ve made the juice stretch for 3 or 4 days just because of how great I felt while doing it. Fitting back into those skinny pants is great motivation to keep going. A great jump start to any diet, or maintain it. I do this about once every four to six weeks. (But get it at a pharmacy. Much cheaper). You can do it. All it takes is a little willpower. Stay away from food to avoid temptation. You ll be happy you did.

I ve tried both the celebrity & hollywood juice diet! - Difference between brands...Okay, w. the hollywood juice diet, the 2day there s only 1 flavor & it tastes similar to the celebrity citrus. Personally it was too sweet for me, but I still did it for 2days. On both diets your are supposed to only do light activities, sip throughout the day, & drink atleast 8 glasses of water. Also, if you look around the web, you ll find you ll always pay a little more for the hollywood.Which is better...I like the celebrity juice diet better, because it has less carbs which means you lose more weight while drinking it. I lost 7lbs each time I used a bottle of it. I know you re not supposed to eat anything, but at the end of the day, I would have a small snack because I d get a little light headed (too much activity). Flavor...I hated the citrus flavor it was just so sweet, I saw the berry, & thought I d give it a try. Much much better, mostly you can taste hints of pineapple & grape, It reminds me of veryfine brand juice, I used to drink all the time.Why did I choose celebrity over hollywood...Less carbs, otherwise practically the same. Celebrity you have a choice of flavors. I know Hollywood has out now I 1day diet (I don t know if that comes in a different flavor), but guess what instead of paying more drink half your bottle of celebrity, it stays fresh in the fridge for 14days. I looked all over the web & the best price I found for celebrity was this one. I even checked out the company website, you can get a better deal there if you buy in bulk, but AMAZON still has the best prices! I ordered 6 bottles to keep in the pantry. I m drinking one glass of it right now.

excellent detox item - This is a very good item for a 1-2 day detox. It is very, very high in antioxidants and is all natural. If you start feeling sick while doing this (like you have the flu)--your body is very toxic and it s working. I could only do 1/2 day the first time. I plan to use it about once a month to prevent illnesses in later yrs from toxins.
